Chris Savido
Chris Savido was born in Pittsburgh PA on September 28 1981. Chris refined his natural abilities through daily practice and formal classes . Chris attended Syracuse University School of Visual and Performing Arts, where he graduated with a BFA in Illustration. In 2003, Chris moved to New York City where he worked as an artist and bench jeweler. 2004 brought Chris Savido global media attention for his "controversial" Bush Monkeys painting after it was removed from an art opening in Manhattan, New York. Chris now lives and works in Pittsburgh PA as a freelance artist.
